A frustrating paradox exists in the music management business: young, unproven performers need savvy, aggressive management; but the best managers typically work with artists who are already successful. New talent lacks access to experienced management when they need it most. The result? Hundreds of gifted musicians are left twisting in the wind without the benefit of capable management.

Foundations Artist Management recognizes the difficulty facing talented, young artists. Our goal is to identify and nurture promising acts at an early stage in their careers, working together to come up with a strategy for success. It goes without saying that the primary ingredient for success is talent. But even the most gifted performers can face seemingly insurmountable obstacles without an experienced, professional management team in their corner, helping to turn raw talent into a polished, marketable act.
